Scottsdale, AZ -- WNMU softball had a tough day Friday as they fell 11-1 to Regis and 7-2 to Fort Lewis in pool play of the 2006 Lead Off Classic in Scottsdale.

Both games will serve as previews of next season as both schools are members of the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference, which WNMU will be joining in September.

The Mustangs (1-3, 0-0 HC) will play CSU-San Bernardino on Saturday for the second time of the young season. WNMU defeated the Coyotes in the season opener on Friday.
